For those with an idea they'd love to bring to life, we offer Leader Growth & Entrepreneur opportunities. Instead of asking someone to take on all the risks of starting alone, we aim to provide the support of an established organisation; from payroll and business systems to mentoring and operational support, so they can focus on building something meaningful for their community.

We're particularly passionate about creating opportunities for disabled and neurodivergent people, those who have experienced mental or physical health challenges, homelessness, long-term unemployment, and young people looking for a way into meaningful work. We don't believe potential is measured by a CV...we believe it's discovered through opportunity.

Alongside everything else, we're storytellers, makers and creators. We develop ambitious creative projects across art, writing, entertainment and digital media, working with our teams and community to bring ideas to life that might otherwise never be told.

Because sometimes the best ideas don't fit neatly into someone else's business plan.
